“ Sooo the food is amazing I ordered shrimp tacos and those are by far the best shrimp tacos I’ve had around the river walk. But only thing I kind of didn’t like was that the service is kinda of odd in this restaurant. They lowkey forgot about us for like over an hour and we’re pretty hungry worth the wait yes but I was confused as to why they took a little long to attend us when it wasn’t full. It had like a handful of people tbh. I just noticed that you could even tell in the pictures it turned from day to night lol I’m not lying guys ”

“ Hands down THE BEST SERVICE EVER. My bf and I tried Rita’s for the first time and sat at the bar, I’m so glad we did! Every single person working the bar was PHENOMENAL. They were such a well oiled machine, friendly, very attentive. When I say that was the best dining experience I’ve ever had...that doesn’t even do it justice. Camille, Alex, Jessica, Chris and of course JULIAN were OUTSTANDING! Words do no justice, go experience them yourself and be prepared to be blown away!! You do NOT find service like that these days. The food was absolutely delicious, the vibe was amazing...it felt like hanging out with friends the entire time. You guys made a lasting impression and you have customers for life. “ I had a quick 6-hour layover in San Antonio and decided to explore the city. I hopped on the public bus right outside the airport, which took me downtown. I was aiming to visit the famous River Walk, so I headed that way on foot. I stopped by several restaurants, but the staff at each one seemed like they didn't care for me. Just as I was about to give up, I stumbled upon Rita’s, and it was a complete turnaround. From the start, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They understood I was on a tight schedule to get back to the airport and had my food ready in no time. And best of all, everything was absolutely delicious. I’d 100% recommend this place—not only for the fantastic food but also for their outstanding customer service. Definitely a 10/10 experience! ”
“ Decided to eat at Rita's for dinner on our first night on Riverwalk... short wait for 2 people despite them being very busy. Got seated outside at a table with a lovely water view and very nice server (Obed). Table-side made guac was delish, as well as margaritas. We both got tacos (street tacos & fish tacos) and were very happy and full by the end of our meal. Delish!! Thanks, Obed for your kindness and hospitality!! Fish tacos pictured -- highly recommend. ”
